We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking, including where we believe a dog poses a safety risk to our team, other animals, or the public.
3. Bookings and cancellations

- Cancellations made without reasonable notice before a scheduled walk may incur a cancellation fee, as advised at the time of booking.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays or changes to a scheduled walk.
4. Your dog's wellbeing and safety
You confirm that any dog in our care is:
- Up to date with vaccinations and flea/tick prevention as recommended by your vet;
- Not showing signs of illness, injury, or contagious conditions at the time of the walk;
- Accurately described to us in terms of temperament, including any history of aggression, reactivity, or resource guarding.
We take reasonable care of every dog in our charge, but dog walking carries inherent risks (including but not limited to injury, illness, escape, or interactions with other animals or people). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluffy Steps is not liable for incidents arising from undisclosed medical conditions, behavioural issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Online store — products and orders
When you place an order through our online store, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error). Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We'll confirm your order by email once it's accepted.
6. Payment
Payment for services and products is due at the time specified during booking or checkout. We use a secure third-party payment processor to handle payments; we do not store your full card details.
